Join fellow Skiddies for a cooking class at Whisk! Diana Frank Saklad '89 and her husband, Dan, combined their career skills of retail management and marketing with their passion for cooking and opened Whisk, a kitchenware store that offers daily cooking classes, last September. If you haven't been to a class at Whisk yet, take advantage of this special opportunity to enjoy a cooking class with fellow Skidmore alumni and friends at a discounted rate! You'll cook up some amazing summer treats while unwinding with a glass or two of wine or beer. Get ready to create several mouth watering appetizers from grilled pork loin to shrimp ceviche to cantaloupe sparklers and more! There's certainly a little bit of something for everyone. Bring your appetite and your Skidmore pride- we hope to see you there!

Menu
Cantaloupe sparklers with prosecco
Roma tomato, basil crostini with a watercress feta whipped crema
Shrimp ceviche with avocado, cilantro, and lime
Grilled pork loin with a grilled peach salsa
Chicken sate with a Thai dipping sauce and Asian cucumber salad
