Dear Classmates,

I haven't written a class letter in a long time - no need to - all our news is in Scope. NOW - however, we're ready to celebrate our big 70! … June 3-6, 2010.  We 're a hearty  lot and it would be an outstanding event if we were able to make a big showing.  I know the big problem will be transportation and none of you will be driving yourselves but can't you bribe a grandchild or child or someone to bring you?

You'll be with a group that doesn’t talk so fast - a group that says Mothers and Fathers - not Moms and Dads - you’ll be with them 24 hours a day - not 24 -7.  I could go on for hours with our pet peeves but we all have the same ones. Skidmore will have us in an elevator dorm to provide for our incapacities.  However, you must BYOB - Maalox or whatever?  For those of you who may have trouble getting around, the College is working hard to make it as easy as possible.  Family members can be accommodated in the dorms with our class.  If you feel dorm life is going to be too hard (even though you can have a private bath) you can stay in one of the hotels but you need to make the reservation now. 

In March, you will receive a Reunion brochure outlining all the activities you can enjoy and registration form.
