Dear Classmates
As we quickly approach the end of another year, I wanted to personally wish you and yours a safe and serene holiday season.
This is always an extremely
busy time of the year on all fronts, so my personal wish for each of us
is that we take the time to relax and to really celebrate the people and
things that mean the most to us.
As you look ahead to 2013
and what the New Year will offer, be sure to have our 60th Reunion be
the first entry in your new 2013 calendar. It will be a nice
combination of activities mixed with plenty of time to connect with new
friends and old.
In
celebration of our 60th Reunion we have set an ambitious fundraising
goal of $100,000 - $125,000 in support of Skidmore’s Annual Fund. The
dollars we raise will be used to fund a series of Class of 1953
Scholarships for students. Each $25,000 we raise will fund a deserving
student for a year. What better way to support Skidmore and insure that
the best students can attend regardless of their ability to pay tuition.
Please consider what you can give in honor of our reunion and use the
enclosed envelope to make your gift today. If you have already given,
